MultiList ("MultiList," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information through our website, https://multilist.pro, and communications through our official Instagram and TikTok accounts.
Current Service Status
MultiList's software and automation features are currently in development and have not yet been publicly launched. This policy primarily covers our prelaunch website, social media communications, and launch-interest list. Our current communication methods are Instagram and TikTok direct messages (DMs). We do not currently operate an email or SMS marketing subscription program. We will review and update this policy before introducing software features that require additional personal information.

3. Instagram and TikTok Communications
MultiList currently communicates with interested users through Instagram and TikTok direct messages. If you request product updates or launch notifications, we may contact you through the platform where you expressed interest. We will use these communication methods in accordance with applicable laws and platform rules. Stopping Communications You may request that MultiList stop sending you promotional DMs at any time by replying to our account and asking to be removed from future updates. We will honor these requests and remove your account from our promotional outreach records, subject to any information we must retain for legitimate legal or security purposes. Blocking or restricting our account through Instagram or TikTok may also prevent further messages, depending on the platform's settings. Third-Party Platform Processing Instagram and TikTok independently collect and process information under their own privacy policies. MultiList does not control the platforms' independent collection, retention, or use of information.
4. Service Providers and Platforms
We use third-party services to operate our website and communicate with interested users. Instagram (Meta) Used for direct messages, responding to inquiries, and communicating requested product updates. TikTok Used for direct messages, responding to inquiries, and communicating requested product updates. Vercel Used for website hosting, deployment, and related technical infrastructure. Vercel may process technical information necessary to operate and protect our website. We may introduce additional service providers for website security or other operational purposes. Where required, we will update this policy to reflect material changes. We do not currently use Brevo or Twilio to operate an email or SMS marketing program.
5. Cookies and Website Technologies
Our website's hosting and security infrastructure may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies for website functionality, security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. The technologies used may depend on our website configuration and the services enabled. Social Media Communications We may retain usernames, communication preferences, and relevant messages while managing prelaunch interest, responding to requests, and delivering requested product updates. When you request removal from promotional communications, we will stop using your account for that purpose and remove it from any outreach list we maintain, subject to necessary exceptions. Instagram and TikTok may independently retain communications according to their own policies. MultiList cannot guarantee deletion of information retained independently by those platforms.

However, no website, messaging platform, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply to our operations, additional rights may be available. MultiList's prelaunch services are not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13 without any consent required by applicable law. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without the required authorization, we will take appropriate steps to discontinue communications and delete information under our control.
